The Grand opening of Bassmead Manor Barns will officially take place on Sunday 11th May from 11:00am to 3:00pm. This event will give you the chance to view all the new exciting enhancements that have been put into place at this much loved wedding venue. Bassmead Manor Barns has been currently under renovation, but now this historic 300 year old Manor will be ready for weddings from Spring 2014. The venue itself is a delightful mixture of both old and modern elements and still has a traditional charm about it. Outside of the building magnificent landscaped gardens offer stunning tranquil views across the open English countryside.
The owners of Bassmead Manor, Richard and Cordeila will be present on the day and will be sure to give you an overview of the building itself. The Galloping Gourmet team, as well as Country House Wedding Venues, will also be available to answer any questions you may have regarding your wedding. Bellini and Kir Royal cocktails will be available on arrival and a large range of delicious foods will also be available to sample, including savoury canapés, bowl foods and dessert canapés. There will also be a live food station, giving you the chance to see the Galloping Gourmet chefs in action. Refreshments will also be included, including tea, coffee and chocolate brownies.
